    These sessions include a profound set of personal development tools from calming the nervous system, to rewiring thought patterns, to discussions of the truth of your power.

    If you are falling into cycles of negative thoughts that put you in a downward spiral, this is for you. We practice mindfulness and challenge thoughts that are not serving you.

  • Empowered Mindfulness Meditations

    Empowered mindfulness meditations can be done in person or over zoom.

    While in a gentle meditative state we visualize traveling to past events that significantly affected the course of your life. Once there, you will resolve any emotional issues you may have carried from the event and bring new learnings and resources back with you to the present moment.

    We offer monthly retreats to help people connect with other like minded people. Our retreats are in the beauty of nature. We offer breath work, cord cutting ceremonies, and guided meditations and so much more.

About Julie Allen

My mission in life became helping people have hope for their future and confidence to reach their goals. I saw that many people, and myself were suffering from anxiety and depression. I wanted answers. I didn’t believe that God send us here to be overwhelmed and hopeless. I started my training with a degree in Psychology and Minor in Family Studies. I learned the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavior Therapy in helping the brain rewire negative thoughts. I saw how trauma effects our behavior and got certified in NLP and Matrix Therapies to help people process traumatic events. I furthered my education and got a Master’s in Behavior Analysis. I was a licensed mental health provider from 2018-2025, working in the behavioral field.

Later I discovered how sound and vibration relaxes the nervous system. I became trained in the SET method to help people release trauma. This method uses sound on a sound energy table, and includes gentle acupressure and somatic work to help an individual release trauma.

I pull from many healing modalities and connect my clients to what will work best for their situation. Over the years I have found that healing from trauma is like peeling away layers, like the layers of an onion. And that much of our trauma is also from the distortions of reality that those in power have given us over the years. When we find out who we truly are, that we are already loved, already enough, and very much supported by the universe, many of our inadequacies fall away.

I choose to call myself a Transformation Coach or Inner Soul Healing Coach because I have seen the flaws in the medical, pharmaceutical, and educational systems. And I choose to be sovereign from them. If this resonates with you, lets connect.

  • How much is sessions?

    Here at Legacy Creek Retreat we make treatment affordable. Each session is $65. Often we will offer discounts. Follow me on Facebook to see when sessions might be discounted.

    Also we offer programs for those who cannot afford sessions. You can come spend some time at the ranch helping with the animals, or in the garden, or our auto mechanics shop that is fixing cars for the needy. Please don't hesitate to ask, that is why we are here.
