By modifying negative thoughts and behaviors, individuals can experience better mood, reduced anxiety, and improve coping skills.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy can be done in person or over zoom.
In hypnotherapy, I help a person close their eyes, relax, and atune to their memories.
I walk them through feeling and expressing how they felt during a certain traumatic event.
They can talk to their younger self.
They can talk to the highest version of a person that has hurt them.
They can give themselves the tools they need to heal and move forward.
We send the anger, hurt, sadness, fear, guilt, or shame, or other limiting beliefs to be purified by the light.

Bilateral Sound Therapy
Bilateral Sound Therapy for PTSD & Anxiety.
Bilateral stimulation, often used in therapy, involves alternating sounds or stimuli between the left and right ears.
It’s frequently used in therapies like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization).
Bilateral sounds improve communication between brain regions.
Bilateral stimulation can improve communication between the amygdala (emotional center) and the prefrontal cortex (logical center), leading to better emotional regulation and stress management.

About Julie Allen
My mission in life became helping people have hope for their future and confidence to reach their goals. I started my training with a degree in Psychology and Minor in Family Studies. I learned the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavior Therapy in helping the brain rewire negative thoughts. I saw how trauma effects our behavior and got certified in hypnotherapy to help people process traumatic events. I furthered my education and got a Master’s in Behavior Analysis.
I pull from many healing modalities and connect my clients to what will work best for their situation.

How much is therapy?
Here at Legacy Creek Retreat we make treatment affordable. Each session is $75. Often we will offer discounts. Follow me on Facebook to see when sessions might be discounted.

Also we offer programs for those who cannot afford therapy. You can come spend some time at the ranch helping with the animals, or in the garden, or our auto mechanics shop that is fixing cars for the needy. Please don't hesitate to ask, that is why we are here.
