My goal in coaching sessions is to give you the tools you need to work on your own healing journey anyway. But sometimes people need help from a coach to see the blind spots or do meditations, hypnotherapy, or energy work to help them get started.

About Julie Allen

My mission in life became helping people have hope for their future and confidence to reach their goals. I started my training with a degree in Psychology, Family studies, and Master’s in Behavior Analysis. My research has taken me to study the ascended masters of the world. From the Essenes and the true Christ and Mary Magdalene, to the ancient teachings of the chakras, to quantum science. Hints for us have been left around the world of how to heal our trauma and grow spiritually. My strategies come from where spirituality meets science. When you know the laws that govern the universe, you can understand what you need to do to heal physically and spiritually.
